SAN ANTONIO—The pandemic continued to have lasting harm on rates of HIV testing, diagnosis and treatment in the United States, at least through 2021, researchers from Milliman, a consulting and actuarial firm based in Seattle, reported at the AMCP 2023 annual meeting (poster B7).
