Rural Communities Plagued by Nonfatal Overdoses From Combined Meth, Opioid Use

People living in rural communities were more than 50% more prone to a nonfatal overdose when using both methamphetamine and opioids compared with opioids alone, according to the results of a cross-sectional, multiple-state study.
