Less than a week after a federal appellate court upheld an Arkansas law prohibiting drug companies from imposing restrictions on access to 340B Drug Pricing Program discounts through contract pharmacies, at least two manufacturers have signaled that they will abide by the state law rather than appealing further.
In letters to covered entity (CE) clients on March 19, 2024, 340B solutions manager SUNRx cited statements from manufacturers Biogen and Novartis, confirming that they would
