ORLANDO, Fla.—Patients’ overall satisfaction with their specialty pharmacy experience fell slightly but significantly in 2021 compared with 2020, likely attributable to ongoing staffing and supply chain issues and other factors associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) 2021 Patient Satisfaction Survey. The results were presented at the NASP Annual Meeting & Expo 2022.
