Complex Factors Underlie Persistent Drug Shortages: IQVIA Report

An average of 25 drugs annually were added to the shortage list over the past five-and-a-half years, according to a new analysis from IQVIA. Furthermore, this problem is compounded each year, with more drugs facing persistent shortages year-over-year than drugs whose supply has increased to meet demand.
