Hepatitis C Deaths Up Sharply Over Past Decade

Deaths related to hepatitis C virus (HCV) in the United States jumped from 11,051 in 2003 to 19,368 in 2013, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) (Clin Infect Dis 2016 Mar 1.
