340B Hospitals Criticize Further Delay of Drug Pricing Regulation

Hospitals in the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program reacted with dismay to the May 18 announcement that the Department of Health and Human Services would yet again delay the enforcement of a regulation that would prevent drug companies from overcharging hospitals in the program.
