The Preserving Patient Access to Home Infusion Act, designed to clarify congressional intent for a comprehensive Medicare home infusion benefit in the 21st Century Cures Act, is still awaiting an official score from the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) as of mid-May, according to National Home Infusion Association (NHIA) president and CEO Connie Sullivan, BSPharm.
A CBO score is a critical step in moving the
